5. Liability Disclaimer: Paindai is not liable for health outcomes based on information tracked or accessed within the app. Severe or emergency pain should be addressed by seeking immediate medical attention from a qualified provider.

6. Data Privacy: We prioritize data privacy and implement security measures in line with our Privacy Policy. Paindai is not responsible for unauthorized access to user data beyond these protective measures.

14. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Paindai will be resolved through binding arbitration in Iowa under the rules of Arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, so these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
